The Smeds and The Smoos - KidsFest 2025

I was in charge of managing the production SMEDS and SMOOS teams, overseeing day-to-day operations throughout the run. As the first to arrive and last to leave the venue, I coordinated the full production workflow, from knowing and tracking house numbers, preparing and submitting show reports, to handling the archival process. I ensured smooth backstage operations by keeping track of actors’ whereabouts and well-being, assisting them whenever needed. My responsibilities also included managing practical needs such as pantry restocking, arranging transportation, coordinating meals, and supporting cast welfare. This role strengthened my reliability, leadership, and ability to maintain a high level of organisation in a fast-paced production environment.
