She’s in the Third Stall《她在第三隔间》

She's in the Third Stall was one of the most unique productions I’ve worked on. I served as the Stage Manager for this immersive Mandarin-language performance held inside the Level 10 toilet at the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre. Designed like an escape room, the 45-minute show unfolded through twists and interactive elements within the confined space.

As the Stage Manager, I operated from the men’s toilet with the technical crew, calling the show entirely through CCTV monitoring. Managing cues with limited visibility and blind spots was both thrilling and challenging, but it strengthened my ability to think quickly, adapt, and maintain precision under pressure. This production pushed the boundaries of conventional theatre and deepened my appreciation for immersive performance-making.
